Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping

At Proto101, our business is to create the best basics.  If something's not working out for you, we are happy to exchange or accept any unwashed and unworn items within 45 days from purchase. With free returns and shipping, we make returns and exchanges simple for you.

Garments must be in the unworn or unused, unwashed, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for return. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@proto101.com with your order # and items you'd like to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can also return in-store at either of our locations:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are refunded to your original payment method. 

 

Shipping

We ship domestically within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. Items are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days of ordering with typical deliveries of 5-7 business days.  We ship snail mail to reduce carbon emissions and the impact on the environment.
